Thank you for shopping with The Winning Tan. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
During major bodybuilding competitions, holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Shipping options and costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 2–7 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–14 business days
Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges.
These fees are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
The Winning Tan is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be resent.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at info@thewinningtan.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you throughout the process.
Please note that once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photographs of the package and products before opening if possible.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos when contacting us.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
