Terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order via www.thewinningtan.com and associated pages. An agreement is then entered into between you and TheWinningTan AB, organization no. 559167-2000.
The terms are only applicable to the Customer who is a consumer and who makes orders via the Website.
TheWinningTan is certified by secure e-commerce and follows their rules and regulations for distance trading.
To be able to order on the Website, the Customer must be 18 years of age or older. According to Swedish law, TheWinningTan does not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age. TheWinningTan reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change a Customer’s order (for example, if the Customer has provided incorrect personal information and / or has payment remarks).
TheWinningTan reserves the right to final sales and any image and writing errors on the Website, such as errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changes in prices from suppliers, currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock.
TheWinningTan reserves the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item that the Customer has ordered, TheWinningTan will of course notify the Customer of this and await the Customer’s approval of the corrected price before TheWinningTan continues with the order.
All image information on the Website is to be considered as illustrations only. Such illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reflect the number of items the Customer receives or the exact appearance of the item, functions or origin.
The website, and all content on it, is owned by TheWinningTan. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property law and market law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from TheWinningTan.
Agreement and Order
A purchase agreement is entered into only when TheWinningTan has confirmed the Customer’s order and the Customer has received an order confirmation from TheWinningTan by e-mail.
Prices, fees and payment
Prices are stated in EUR and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately.
We ship all orders from the EU, therefore taxes and fees may apply if you place an order to a country outside the EU. We always recommend checking with the local customs office for more information.
The customer can pay in the manner specified on the Website.
TheWinningTan has the right to charge the Customer already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or other similar payment method is chosen by the Customer and approved by TheWinningTan. In the case of invoice payment or partial payment, TheWinningTan or its partners may make a credit report. TheWinningTan reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, or alternatively change payment methods if what the Customer has chosen for any reason does not work at the time of purchase.
Delivery and transport
TheWinningTan normally handles your order within 1 day (non-holiday business days) from order until the product leaves our warehouse, provided that we have the product in stock. When the product has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies who deliver your order.
If packages are to be redeemed, the Customer must do so within the time specified in the notification. The customer always receives a notification that shows where and when packages are to be picked up. Notification can be made via e-mail, regular mail and if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also via SMS.
If the Customer does not collect the package, TheWinningTan has the right to charge the Customer a fee of EUR 50 for work performed and shipping fees. Please note that unredeemed packages do not fall within the scope of the right of withdrawal or free returns.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the Website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with The Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises.
The withdrawal period starts from the day you received the item.
The product needs to be returned in an unchanged condition for you as a customer to receive a full credit, the product must be sent well packaged and in original box.
Products that are sealed due to health or hygiene reasons are exempt from the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal can only be applied to whole sets, TheWinningTan does not approve returns of selected parts of a purchased set (you can return the entire unopened set)

We need the following information:
a) order number (found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note or invoice)
b) your name and contact details
c) number and names of the products desired to be returned
TheWinningTan must confirm that the return is allowed and that the withdrawal period has not passed before the goods are sent back.
The customer is responsible for return costs and is responsible for the product until it has reached us.
Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery.
Packages that are not collected from agents do not fall within the scope of the right of withdrawal and TheWinningTan allows the right to charge the customer EUR 50 in fees for work done and shipping fees.
When we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible, excluding shipping costs, but no later than 14 days. If you have paid by card, we will credit the return amount on your card.
Applicable law and dispute
If you have received a defective item, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately.
Describe in as much detail as possible. If we can not solve the problem, you must of course complain about the product to get a new one. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us.

All products we sell on TheWinningTan are approved in European Union.
In connection with your order and / or account registration, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service that you can expect from us. All personal data processing takes place in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance.
The information you provide about yourself is used by TheWinningTan and our partners for payment and delivery. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties.
TheWinningTan is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that TheWinningTan could not control such as general labor dispute, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, changed government regulation, technical problems, faults in electricity / telecommunications / data connections or other communication and errors or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated here. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption which entail exemption from damages and other sanctions. Should any such situation arise, TheWinningTan informs the Customer at the beginning and at the end of the time for the current situation. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both the Customer and TheWinningTan have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
Changes to the Terms
TheWinningTan reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website.
